UK regulator posts six studios’ responses to Microsoft-Activision deal, all saying it should go ahead

One perspective that really caught my eye was that one studio points out that Tencent already has an investment in Actvision Blizzard. And so the studio brings up the interesting question that if Microsoft was not allowed to acquire Actvision, doe regulators believe that UK consumers would actually be better served by allowing Tencent acquire them? A business that is not subject to the same western regulations as Microsoft?
