I'm really excited to see what happens with Bluesky.

Bluesky is attempting to build technology that supports decentralized social networking. 

Imagine creating your social profile and instead of it being confined to just twitter, instagram, Tik Tok etc you carry it around with you wherever you go, no matter the platform. All  of your friends, followers, contacts and content come with you.

They've built a protocol called the AT Protocol to make all the magic happen.
