Activision Blizzard Acquisition: Is it starting to look like the acquisition will not go through in the UK?

It seems like some people are getting a little more skeptical of this acquisition going through in the UK. Other people say it seems more like a publicity stunt. For me though, I can't imagine a scenario where the European union and the United States approve it but not the UK doesn't. That just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. If Microsoft were to take the issue to court in the UK it would bode pretty well for them if they have Brazil, the European union and the united states having already approved.

Plus its important to keep in mind that no decision has been rendered yet, so far the CMA has only outlined things that they are looking at in regards to this acquisition. We should have more information from them by the end of the month.
