It's a bit shocking to see him be the only one not wanting to be part of the huddles. I would think he would want to eliminate any appearance of discord. These are just bad optics. I know a lot of stuff is going on behind the scenes but even if he's mad about losing his starting spot or is frustrated about playing time or about getting the proper respect, he is hurting his personal brand.

Hopefully this doesn't continue.
