Who Should Rhaneyra Marry?

To me its obvious that Rhaneyra should marry Laenor Velaryon. The Velaryon's have Valyrian blood, are the richest family in Westeros and they have dragons.

If she were to align herself with another house even if its a great house they won't have dragons. Even if a war didn't break out during her time, eventually it would and not only would her family have to defend itself from traditional military threat but it would have to worry about dragon attacks as well.
