Netflix and The Duffer Brothers are Doing a Live Action Adaption of Death Note

I'm really curious to see how this turns out for Netflix and the Duffer Brothers. I feel like the Duffers do pretty well with presenting a creepy vibe. And I love the fact that they will be working with a complete story, so I don't have some of the plotting concerns I would have if they were creating another original story. My hope is that they don't try to give every character their own separate plotline. If they stick close to the original material, they have everything they need to produce another huge hit. The Duffers do creepy mystery well, when they kind of split from that later down the road into emphasize the special effects more, I think it hurt the story.
