Final Fantasy 16 action looks energetic and epic. 

Based on some of the new footage it looks like we will be able to turn in Eikons and do battle with other dominants that can do the same. It looks like things will become pretty epic.

In terms of visual style I'm not 100% sold. I don't see any iconic character styling and it doesn't seem like this will be an epic adventure where you recruit party members, train them up and discover the world together. As a lifetime Final Fantasy fan that is more than a bit disappointing.

I'm sure Square has some surprises up its sleeve and I'm hoping that what's been revealed regarding story and characters so far is only the tip of the iceberg and not a full representation of gameplay as a whole.

I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that this game delivers!
