Did Tales of Arise Get Snubbed at The Game Awards 2021?

I haven't played Tales of Arise this year so its hard for me to comment but I know that its a JRPG. Based on some things I've read about it, its hard for me to imagine that it doesn't deserve to be on this list. Perhaps they need to widen the field for nominees and then have multiple rounds of voting. It curious to me how games like Forza can score so high critically and audience wise. Yet, they aren't recognized at this awards show.
